After years of meeting worried owners in our Secure Dog Parks — owners who wanted something better than traditional kennels — we set out to create a place where dogs could stay safely, happily, and completely cage-free.
Today, that vision is finally here.
Our Luxury Dog Hotel is now open, right here on the grounds of our family home and award-winning secure parks.
Designed as a warm, enriching, home-from-home retreat, our hotel blends everything a dog needs to feel settled and fulfilled:
physical stimulation, social interaction, mental enrichment, human company, freedom, routine and relaxation.

By day, our guests are free to roam, relax and explore just as they would in their own home. Dogs can move comfortably between our cosy lounge areas, farmhouse kitchen and enrichment rooms, enjoying constant human company and gentle social time with other guests. It’s a calm, natural lifestyle that feels familiar and reassuring for every pup who stays with us. When it’s time to unwind, each dog settles into one of our 12 warm, private and completely cage-free suites. With underfloor heating and thoughtful homely touches, these rooms offer a peaceful space to rest after a full and fulfilling day — giving your dog the sense of security and comfort they deserve. Our open-plan lounge and kitchen create a truly homely atmosphere, where dogs can curl up on the sofa, relax with staff or snooze in front of the log burner after exploring outdoors. For extra stimulation and confidence-building fun, our large indoor play area and enrichment room provide space for games, puzzles, toys and gentle training sessions with our experienced team. Every stay at The Cwtch is tailored to each dog’s individual needs — whether they love social play, prefer quiet companionship, are full of energy or need a gentler pace. With all full-time staff trained and qualified with Level 3 Diplomas in Canine Care & Behaviour, you can feel confident knowing your dog is supported by knowledgeable, compassionate professionals who truly understand them. At The Cwtch, your dog isn’t just cared for, they are welcomed into a warm, comfortable, cage-free environment where they can enjoy a calm, fun and enriching staycation that feels just like home — only better.

Due to the unique, social, home from home set up of our Luxury Dog Hotel, all of our guests must be comfortable and happy to socialise with others during their stay. Because of our social environment, we cannot accept dogs that meet any of the below listed criteria to ensure the safety of other guests and staff.
We will not accept dogs that have any history of aggression to other dogs and/or humans
We cannot accept entire males over the age of 9 months old (7 months for larger breeds) that have not been castrated (please always seek professional advice on the appropriate age to castrate your dog).

We will not accept female dogs in season

Due to handling, we cannot accept dogs that weigh over 35kg
We will not accept dogs that are not fully house-trained
As our Luxury Dog Hotel sits on the grounds of our family home, we will not accept dogs that bark excessively
Unfortunately we cannot accept any banned breeds of dogs including XL Bully breed types
We will not accept dogs that do not have the necessary vaccinations (These include Kennel cough, Parvovirus, Hepatitis, Distemper, Para Influenza and Leptospirosis)

We will not accept dogs that are not up to date with their flea and worming treatment.
Prior to booking a stay with us, your pup will need to complete an Introduction Day to ensure they are well suited to our set up. To book an Introduction Day for your pup please click here.
Our Introduction Days will allow us to assess your pup around other Cwtch guests and staff during free play sessions and group walks. We will monitor how they mingle and integrate into our social set up to ensure a happy, relaxed and safe stay with us. At the end of your pups Introduction Day, we will determine whether or not we are the right fit for your pup for future staycations.
