Throughout their stay at The Cwtch, your dog becomes part of a carefully curated daily routine designed to mirror life at home — not a kennel. Each day is thoughtfully balanced with physical exercise, social interaction, mental enrichment, human companionship and essential rest, ensuring every guest feels relaxed, fulfilled and truly cared for.
Our home-from-home, cage-free environment offers a calm, social setting where dogs can settle naturally, form positive bonds and enjoy their own holiday experience. While you’re away, you can relax knowing your pup is enjoying just as much comfort, stimulation and joy as you are — if not more.

When booking a staycation, you can choose from our Standard or Premium experience, each thoughtfully designed to suit different needs while maintaining the same exceptional level of care, routine and attention that The Cwtch is known for. Stays are charged per day, including both check-in and check-out days, with all prices inclusive of VAT. Please note, bookings cannot be split between packages. For families with more than one dog, we offer a 10% discount on the second and third dog when sharing a room — perfect for keeping siblings together in a familiar, comforting space.
At The Cwtch, we don’t do kennels. We do comfort, routine, enrichment and genuine care — because your dog deserves more than just a place to stay.

3 x pupdates throughout their stay via WhatsApp message or email- This includes contact from us with pictures and a message letting you know what your pup has been getting up to, who they have made friends with and how much they are enjoying their staycation

We are happy to tailor your pup’s staycation to suit their needs and your preferences. Although, our home from home set up allows our guests to mingle and have free run hours throughout the day, we will ensure each guest has enough time to relax in their private, cosy rooms, chill out in our homely dog lounge and get the rest they need.

Our Introduction Days are a set price of £50. Once you have successfully completed an Introduction Day, you are welcome to book future staycations with us. You only need to complete one Introduction Day per dog. Please note; if you have more than one dog from the same household, they will each be required to complete an Introduction Day with us. We do not offer any discounted pricing for our Introduction Days for multiple dogs as each dog requires the same level of care and staff attention during their Introduction Day with us.

Our Introduction Days will include 5 hours of care from your selected time of drop off to collection. Please ensure you can drop off and pick up your dog at the selected time to ensure minimal disruption to our other Hotel guests. You can find out what our Introduction Days entail by clicking here.

Guest check-in is available from 8am - 10am. Guest check-out is available between 8am - 10am or 3pm - 5pm. When completing your booking you will be asked to choose a drop off and pick up time.
